Coaching for Adults

Supporting professional women who are motivated to create lasting change in their lives. Sessions are forward focused, enabling you to shape your life so it becomes congruent with your unique values, is purposeful and creative.

  • Adult life is punctuated by transitions, points in time when we begin to look at our careers, relationships, and lives through a new lens. What once felt right may now feel restrictive, whilst new and unexpected possibilities can spark joy.

Many of my clients juggle demanding careers with relationships, family commitments, and personal aspirations.

Working collaboratively, we will appraise the choices that have brought you here, exploring them with compassion and curiosity. We will question beliefs and behaviours that may be holding you back, rewriting this outdated script. Then, uncovering your unique strengths and purpose, we can create a road map enabling you to step towards your next chapter with clarity, confidence, and joy.

  • Coaching offers a safe, non-judgmental space for you to talk openly, explore your challenges, and build the tools you need to thrive in your next chapter.

Each programme is personalised to your specific needs but may cover:

    • Identifying your unique strengths, values and purpose

    • Finding your creativity and joy

    • Navigating relationships, rupture and repair

    • People pleasing and masks we wear

    • Challenging Perfectionism

    • Embracing confidence

    • Adapting to change and loss

    • Exploring career shifts

    • Finding balance

  • Following our initial session, I will design a bespoke package that reflects where you are in life right now, and where you’d love to go next.

I offer 6 or 12 week packages, giving us the space to explore the shifts and choices that often arise in adult life, whether that’s navigating career changes, evolving relationships, or rediscovering yourself beyond roles and responsibilities.

Our sessions (60 or 90 minutes) take place weekly or bi-monthly, creating space for reflection, exploration, and action. This is your time to pause, breathe, and begin shaping the next chapter of your life with intention.

To keep momentum between sessions, I also offer a weekly WhatsApp check-in, a gentle touchpoint for encouragement, accountability, and celebrating the small (and big) wins along the way.

Excited to explore, but still unsure?

You may have heard about coaching but still feel unsure about how it works—or whether it’s right for you. I felt the same way before starting my own coaching journey many years ago. Once I committed, however, it changed my life in profound ways, giving me clarity, direction, and the confidence to create meaningful change.

My hope is that theses answers will give you a better understanding of what coaching is, how it works, and how it might support you as you navigate this stage of life with purpose and possibility.

FAQ’s

  • Counselling often focuses on healing, processing past experiences, or supporting mental health. Coaching, on the other hand, is action-oriented. It’s about helping you move from where you are now to where you want to be—whether that’s in your career, relationships, health, or personal fulfilment. Many clients find coaching particularly effective when they feel “stuck” but ready to move forward.

  • Each session is a safe, confidential conversation focused entirely on you. I’ll ask thought-provoking questions, help you explore new perspectives, and support you in uncovering the solutions and strategies that feel right for you. We’ll also set achievable actions so you can make progress between sessions.

  • Coaching sessions are either held in person in professional rooms in Brighton, Hove or Arundel, or online via a secure platform. There is also the option of scheduling our initial session at a venue in London, or at one more convenient for you.

  • I hold an ICF-accredited Diploma in Coaching and participate in regular supervision in line with ICF guidelines.

I have over 20 years experience holding senior roles in education, where I managed large and diverse teams.

  • The initial 30-minute online consultation is free and gives you the chance to discuss your specific needs. It’s also an opportunity for us to meet and see whether working together feels like a good fit.

  • That depends on your goals. Some women benefit from just a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others choose a longer coaching relationship to support a bigger life or career transition. We’ll discuss what feels right for you during our initial consultation.

  • In accordance with ICF guidelines, coaching conversations are confidential, fostering a safe and trusted space for our work together.

The only exceptions to breaking confidentiality, which I would discuss with you, would be if you were at risk of harm, involved in illegal activity, or if I was legally required to share.

  • Contact me to discuss your needs, and I will devise a clear plan tailored to the number of sessions required.

Please don’t let financial challenges be a barrier— I am always happy to discuss options to make coaching accessible.
